Bruce Sellery
Business journalist and television host Bruce Sellery is on a mission to help people get a handle on their money so they can live the life they want. The former host of Million Dollar Neighborhood on the Oprah Winfrey Network, Bruce is a thought leader in financial literacy and engages audiences with his fun, high energy personality.
Bruce is currently the CEO of Credit Canada, the oldest non-profit credit counselling agency in the country. He is also the national money columnist for CBC Radio, a regular contributor to the hit TV show Cityline, and the host of SiriusXM’s weekly Moolala radio show and podcast. Prior to this, Bruce was the host of Million Dollar Neighborhood on the Oprah Winfrey Network, a contributor to The Exchange on CBC Television, and a columnist for MoneySense. He also spent 10 years with BNN Bloomberg, anchoring from both Toronto and New York City.
The bestselling author of two books, including Moolala: Why Smart People Do Dumb Things with Their Money (and What You Can Do About It), Bruce is often featured in the media and has appeared on Breakfast Television, Canada AM, CNN, MSNBC, and on several radio programs across North America. Before his move into media, Bruce worked as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.
Bruce currently serves on the advisory board of the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, his alma mater, and is on the board of Venture for Canada. He is also the past-president of the Canadian Club of Toronto and former chair of Friends of Adoption Options. In addition, Bruce delivers entertaining, inspiring, and insightful keynotes; emcees major events; and facilitates meaningful panel discussions.
