Chef Rob Rossi is passionate about food and creating the right atmosphere for people to enjoy it. With more than 15 years of experience, Rob has worked his way up the ranks in some of the best kitchens in Canada, including Canoe, Habitat, Mercatto, and The Chef’s Table. He also became a Food Network Canada fan favourite as the runner-up in the first season of Top Chef Canada, and as one of the stars of Chef in Your Ear.
In 2011, Rob opened his first restaurant Bestellen, where the emphasis was on “made by hand” ingredients — something that the European-inspired tavern quickly became known for. He closed his critically-acclaimed restaurant after five years to achieve his dream of opening the sleek, authentic Italian eatery Giulietta, in the spring of 2018. Just months after opening, Giuletta was ranked number five in EnRoute Magazine’s list of Canada’s best new restaurants. Rob is also a chef/partner at L’Unita.
Growing up in a culinary family, Rob is all about creating memorable dining experiences. He’s also no stranger to the spotlight, having charmed viewers on Food Network Canada. Rob offers this same dedication and charisma to brand partners in the form of events, spokesperson roles, appearances, and digital content opportunities.
