Tracy Moore
For more than a decade, Tracy Moore has spearheaded Cityline, one of Canada’s most influential lifestyle programs, also broadcast to 70+ million American homes daily. An award-nominated TV host, Tracy shares the best style trends, cooks up the greatest new recipes, and sizes up the latest fashions, five days a week. She’s also a positive role model when it comes to health and fitness. Celebrated for her friendly nature and down to earth attitude, Tracy’s personability and professionalism is evident in everything she does.
Tracy got her start in journalism as a news reporter and anchor, covering live breaking news events. She joined Breakfast Television in 2005, where she worked as a news anchor for three years before joining Cityline.
Since then, Tracy’s been featured on Hello! Magazine’s “Most Beautiful” list, carried the torch for the Pan Am Games; thrown the first pitch at a Toronto Blue Jays game; and hosted the LIVE Grammy’s red carpet show. In addition, she designs her own fashion line, Tracy Moore by Freda’s. In recognition of her work, Tracy received the Women Who Work Award, Brilliant Minded Woman Award for Community Service, and the BBPA Media Award. She’s also been nominated for both the Canadian Screen Awards and Gemini Awards.
Tracy also frequently hosts high profile fundraisers and gala events, including the Trust 15 annual Gala; the Children’s Aid Society’s Standup for Kids Night; and the Grocery Foundation’s Night to Nurture. She feels strongly about female empowerment and boosting the self-esteem of young girls, and is currently an ambassador for the Children’s Aid Foundation Canada and Trust15.
When she’s not on camera, Tracy enjoys spending her time with her family and being a mom to her two children, Sidney and Eva.
