Coco Rocha has built a dream career in fashion. Named Model of the Year by both Elle and Marie Claire, she was also recognized by Vogue Paris as one of the top 30 models of the decade and one of the top 50 models of all time by Vogue Italia. Despite her many accomplishments, Coco has remained committed to the belief that success never has to come at the expense of one’s core values or individuality. As the host of Project Runway Canada, she brings her celebrated flair and style to everything she does.

Considered the world’s first digital supermodel, Coco’s presence on social media has gained her millions of followers worldwide. Using her considerable platform, she has been instrumental in the passage of new laws protecting underage talent in New York, and has consistently challenged unrealistic beauty standards, emerging as a powerful advocate for models everywhere. In 2026, The Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards honoured Coco with the Changemaker Award for her role in helping to reshape the industry.

Fashion industry contemporaries such as Tyra Banks have nicknamed Coco the “Queen of Pose”, as she is known to be one of the most technically proficient and versatile models of all time. In 2014, Coco literally wrote the book on posing, when she published a 2000-page encyclopedia called Study of Pose.

With a passion for educating, Coco famously mentored models in the television series The Face alongside Naomi Campbell and has appeared as a guest judge on multiple fashion-focused shows including Project Runway and Germany’s Top Model. In 2016, she made her years of experience available to a new generation of models via Nomad MGMT, an agency she founded in Miami, LA and Vietnam. In 2018, she opened “The Coco Rocha Model Camp” which offers international models a unique and hands-on education.

Coco lives in New York with her husband and long-time collaborator, James Conran, and their three young children.
