Chef Rob Rossi has more than earned his seat at the table with the best chefs in the world. Having worked his way up the ranks in some of the best kitchens in Canada, including Canoe, Habitat, and Mercatto, Rob opened his first critically acclaimed restaurant, Bestellen, in 2011. He and his business partner David Minicucci opened chic Italian eatery Giuletta in 2018, winning several accolades including Best New Restaurant Design from Canada’s 100 Best and the Pentola d’Oro Award from ICCO Canada. The two restaurateurs also own Osteria Giulia, which received a coveted Michelin star in 2022. Rob’s dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences, along with his authentic warmth and charisma, make him a natural choice for partnerships of all kinds.
Rob was a Food Network Canada fan favourite as the runner-up in the first season of Top Chef Canada, and one of the former stars of Chef in Your Ear. He has also co-hosted Chef’s Bar with Craig Harding, a show which celebrates Canada’s incredible food diversity, featuring mouthwatering meals inspired from eight provinces and two territories. In 2025, he reunited with Craig for Cooking Italy, which follows the chefs as they travel across Sardinia, Naples, Tuscany, Abruzzo and Rome to recreate classic traditional recipes with fresh local ingredients.
