The Spotlight Agency now exclusively represents the newest Dragon on Dragons’ Den, Wes Hall, for all brand partnerships. Wes is one of Canada’s most influential businesspeople, ranked #16 on Maclean’s magazine’s 2021 list of the “50 most powerful people in Canada”.
The founder of the shareholder services and advisory firm Kingsdale Advisors, Wes is also known for leveraging his business success to benefit others. He recently founded the Black North Initiative to challenge businesses to put an end to anti-black systemic barriers. Likewise, in his new role on Dragons’ Den, Wes’ goal is to create more opportunities for up-and-coming BIPOC entrepreneurs.
Wes joins fellow Dragon Michele Romanow on the show. Season 16 marks her seventh season with the series, capping off her monumental year as the co-founder of ClearCo (formerly Clearbanc), which saw the start-up achieve Unicorn status.
